May you rest in peace my fellow veteran and fellow Aurora Career Service Commissioner for 12 years. You were always a generous, giving, and caring
person. You always looked out for those that served and continue to serve all of us- our veterans.

  2. Bob Fretzs says:

Shirley, our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. We would not have taken the journey of the last 24 years had it not been for the chance meeting with Clif in 1992.

Shirley, i am sorry for your loss. I began with NYL in 1987 and it has been a pleasure knowing both you and Cliff. My prayers are with you and your family,

Lewis was my 1st Cousin and since he was 5 years older than me I always looked up to him. I still do. Our family called him Little Cliff after his dad, Big Cliff. I think their middle name was Clifford. All or my memories of Lewis are of a fine person in every way. He had two considerably younger brothers, Bruce and Barry, and all had to deal with the tragic passing of their beloved mother Janet. Lewis lovingly helped his family thru the sadness and grief. He has been a fine Christian man his whole life.
